The other morning I opened the front door for my voice student and this was the view from my front porch. It was incredible to see the balloon so close! We often see it west of us, closer to the mountains, but it was right above our neighborhood. I think I was more excited than the kids as I called the whole family out onto the porch to watch it. Now, more than ever, I want to go on a hot air balloon ride!

It is a neat experience- Jamey took me on one 8 1/2 years ago when he proposed and asked me to marry him. How could I say no? :)

We went on a hot air balloon ride a couple of years ago, too, for one of our anniversaries. It's more expensive than I thought it would be but tons of fun!
