- Just got back from visiting friends in Utah and a family reunion at Lake Tahoe. Must have been a good vacation -- I added to my tan and my hips. :)
- My brother, Clint, deployed to Iraq today.
- Had our first Triple Trio rehearsal of the season this morning. It feels great to be back singing with my friends again!
- Morgan missed the first week of school, but had her first day as a second grader today.
- I am drowning in dirty laundry and hoping it takes less than a week to actually unpack and get things around here back to normal.

I will very impressed if you can get things together in a week, I'm still living out of our suitcases because nothing else is clean. The laundry is never ending. It was great to see you and your family. Good luck with getting back to normal.

Good times!! The dirty Laundry thing never changes!! Whether I am here or gone there are always piles and piles of it to wash and put away. Remember when you and Ken didn't have kids and you could actually wear the same thing twice...and when you only had to wash clothes once a week. I remember how nice that was...even if it was 10 years ago.
